Wroclaw parking zones

There are three parking zones in Wroclaw. In all of them, you need to pay for leaving your car during the day, the exact hours depending on the zone. The following vehicles are exempt from parking fees in the paid zones: electric vehicles, hydrogen‑powered vehicles, motorbikes and scooters. In addition, hybrid cars with CO₂ emissions up to 100 g/km and CNG/LNG vehicles are entitled to a zero‑rate charge in the Paid Parking Zone.

The city also provides about 200 dedicated free parking spaces for electric cars, both inside and outside the paid parking zones.

Ways of paying the parking fee in Wroclaw parking zones

There are two ways of paying for parking in Wroclaw:

In the parking machine

Parking machine accepts cash (coins 0,10 PLN to 5 PLN), bank cards and Blik (electronic payment supported by almost all Polish banks). To pay using the parking machine, you need to enter the plate number, then either set the time (if paying by card) and insert/touch the card, or insert coins until you reach the desired time. if your vehicle registration number is longer than 7 digits, do not enter the remaining characters

Using mobile phone

You may pay using two Apps: Skycash and Anypark. In both cases, you need to register and enter your details, including your plate number and your card details. You should also mark your car with their sticker (Skycash sticker, Anypark sticker), but a piece of paper signed Anypark or Skycash should be enough. Paying with those Apps is convenient, as you may use a start/stop option and pay exactly for the time that your car is parked.
